I called this company and they were at my house in less than 2 hours (in a 4 wheel drive as the roads were not yet completely plowed) and fixed my problem for only the $60 call charge. Then, about a month later, I had another issue with my heat pump (unfortunately, it’s practically an antique); this time they stopped by and fixed it while I was at work and I was able to come home to a warm house! These fellows are responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. And- perhaps most importantly- they are less expensive than the other heat pump companies in the area. I am so glad we decided to go with Eric. I called yesterday morning about my AC problems and he was able to come out and fix the problem within a couple of hours. Once here, Eric quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Even though our AC unit is 18 years old he did not try to sell us a new one or trick us into paying more than we needed to for the repair.
